As part of the budget workshop meeting on Wednesday, October 10, Borough Engineer Mike Knouse shared the attached handout outlining the need to develop a dedicated revenue source for Stormwater compliance. The Stormwater Committee will continue to meet in 2019 to discuss this topic on the following Thursdays at 5:00 p.m., prior to regularly scheduled Council meetings:
