Stacy Gromlich, President    Stacy was appointed to the Lemoyne Borough Council in December 2009 to fill a vacancy, and was then elected for a new four-year term in November 2011.  Ms. Gromlich was elected by the other Council members during the Reorganization Meeting in January 2012 to service as Council President.  Prior to her appointment, Stacy worked with members of the Revitalization Committee and the Lemoyne Business Association as a volunteer.  On Council, Stacy now serves as ad-hoc member of all Council Committees and will chair the Revitalization Committee.  She is also the appointed delegate for the West Shore Recreation Commission the Capitol Region Council of Governments. Stacy is a graduate of Millersville University with a Bachelors Degree in Government and Political Affairs.  She has worked for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Research Analyst. David Beasley Dave moved to Lemoyne in 1989 with his wife and two sons.  He was active in this community by helping coach Lemoyne Youth Baseball, and Cub Scouting when his sons were younger.  He is currently the Deputy Chief of the West Shore Bureau of Fire and has been a member of the department for 29 years. Dave is employed at Swiss Premium Dairy and has been there 15 years as a milkman.  He is a member of Grace United Methodist Church on Herman Avenue.  Dave hopes to keep Lemoyne a place people love to call “home”.  On Council he serves as the Chair of the Emergency Management & Public Safety Committee and as a representative to the West Shore Recreation Commission. Zachary Border     Brenda Candioto Brenda and her husband Ron have resided in Lemoyne since 1997.  Together they have five children and 10 grandchildren.  In the past, she has been involved with the Lemoyne youth baseball team which her husband served as coach and President of the Lemoyne youth baseball team.  Brenda is a member of Word of Grace Ministries where she is active in the Woman of Worth Ministries and also is involved with teaching the youth at Word of Grace Ministries.  She also teaches dance and can be seen taking long walks in her neighborhood which she also enjoys with her dogs.  Since being elected to the Lemoyne Borough Council in Novenber 2011, she has served as Chairperson for the Streets and Storm Water Committee, and also serves on the Zoning and Ordinance and Parks and Recreation Committees. Donna Hope Growing up in Harrisburg, Donna moved to Lemoyne in the 1970’s where she graduated from Cedar Cliff High School, married and had two children.  Donna worked for an insurance broker in Lemoyne where she obtained her property and casualty insurance license.  She then worked as a legal secretary for a law firm in Lemoyne for ten years.  Donna is currently employed as an Administrative Assistant for the Camp Hill Police Department in the Borough of Camp Hill.  She is entering her 19th year in this position.   She is currently married and has six grandsons!!  This is Donna’s first experience as an elected official and she is ready and willing to learn and to help make a difference in Lemoyne Borough.  She is looking forward to this new adventure and has hopes of helping to move things in a positive direction for the citizens of Lemoyne.            Dennis McGee  Before being elected to Lemoyne Borough Council in November 2009, Dennis has served in the U.S. Army and has spent almost 40 years in law enforcement.  He worked as a Pennsylvania State Trooper, and upon retirement, became a Special Agent for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, stationed in Harrisburg, PA.  After retiring from the FMCSA, Dennis formed his own Private Investigator business, in addition to motor fleet safety and commercial motor vehicle accident reconstruction.  Dennis is a life member of the VFW, and F.O.P. and a member of the American Legion, American Association of State Troopers, West Shore Lions Club, Cumberland County Law Enforcement Officers Association and the Governor’s Motor Carrier Safety Advisory Committee.  Dennis has a BA from Mercyhurst College and a MA from Gannon University.  As of January 2012 he has volunteered to serve Council as Chair of the Administrative/Finance Committee, Chair of the Streets & Storm Water Committee, and sits on the Emergency Management and Public Safety Committee.  Mr. McGee has also been appointed to serve as the Borough Representative to the West Shore Regional   Suzanne Yenchko
