ZONING HEARING BOARD

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT

The Zoning Hearing Board will meet to Conduct a hearing on Wednesday December 15, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at the Lemoyne Borough office, 510 Herman Avenue Lemoyne, PA 17043 regarding one ZHB application submission.

The Board will consider an application for a variance, the application being in respect to Tax Parcel Number 12-22-0822-247, 230 Lowther Street, owned by T & J Enterprise LLC. The subject parcel is located in the Village Mixed Use (VMU) Zoning District of the Borough of Lemoyne Zoning Ordinance.

The applicant John Gilbert of American Home Medical Group LLC is requesting the following variance with respect to the parcel: Section 550-62 D. (2) (a) [3] Wall sign not exceeding 10% of the area of the building face or 16 square feet, whichever is less. The applicant is requesting the maximum permitted square footage for a business identification sign be waived to install a larger sign comparable to the neighboring businesses.
