NOTICE OF HEARING BOROUGH OF LEMOYNE ZONING HEARING BOARD NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

The Zoning Hearing Board will meet to conduct a hearing on Tuesday June 7, 2022, at 4:00 pm at the Lemoyne Borough office, 510 Herman Ave. Lemoyne, PA 17043 regarding the following two ZH application submissions.

The Board will consider the first application for a variance in respect to Tax Parcel ID 12-21-0267-279EX, 700 Market St. owned by PA Bible Teaching Fellowship. The subject parcel is located in the Village Mixed Use Zoning District of the Borough of Lemoyne Zoning Ordinance. The applicant is requesting a variance with respect to the parcel: §550-40E(1)(b) in regard to fence height restrictions in the front yard between the principle building and the street. The applicant is seeking relief from the maximum height permitted.

The Board will consider the second application for a variance in respect to Tax Parcel ID 12-20-1856-040, 655 N 12th St. owned by Lemoyne Investors LLC. The subject parcel is located in the Commercial General Zoning District of the Borough of Lemoyne Zoning Ordinance.

Applicant is requesting a variance with respect to the parcel: §550-88D(3)(a) in regard to drive through facilities criteria, §550-35A(1) in regard to location of service equipment in this case a dumpster and §550-73G in regard to stacking space requirements for specific uses shall be provided as listed in table §550-9-12 Stacking Lane Requirements.  The applicant is seeking relief from each of these ordinances.
