Lemoyne Borough properties have two real estate property taxes assessed – County/Municipal and School. These taxes are issued by the Cumberland County Assessment Office and West Shore School District. Tax bills are issued March 1 and July 1 of each year respectively.

**At this time, West Shore School District is not issuing the per capita tax bill.

If tax bill is not received by the 14th of the issued month please contact the tax office for a bill copy. Failure to receive a tax notice is not an excuse for non-payment.

A self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) is required for a returned tax receipt. Returned checks will be assessed a returned check fee and payment must be made within one week. DO NOT combine payment for county/municipal and school tax bills – these are two different taxes. Any county/municipal and school combined payment other than cash will not be accepted and returned to payor.

Discount period ends 4/30 for county/municipal bills and 9/1 for school bills. If taxes are escrowed, you must forward bill to mortgage holder for payment.

Mailing address changes must be filed with the tax office and Cumberland County Assessment Office; please request a mailing address change form.
