a.  Motion to adopt Resolution 2024-01 authorizing disposal of several records in accordance with the Municipal Records Manual approved on December 16, 2008, as amended   July 23, 2009.

b.  Motion to approve payment of $10,000 to Amanda Seibert for services rendered as Interim Borough Manager.

2.  Community Development/Parks & Rec

a.  Motion to execute Resolution 2024-02 for the grant application through the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources for the Comprehensive Recreation, Parks and Open Space Plan.

3.  Stormwater

a.  Motion to award the Westwind Road Storm Sewer Flushing and Televising project to the lowest bidder Nazztech Services LLC, New Cumberland PA in the amount of $17,080.00.  The following bids were received:
