F.  COMMITTEE REPORTS
Administration
     a. Motion to adopt Resolution 2023-01 implementing the Capital improvement Loan Program Policy including revisions as discussed at the February 2, 2023 Work Session.

Community Development/Parks & Recreation 
     a. Motion to approve a Special Event Permit submitted by Lemoyne Borough’s MS4 Coordinator, Kasha Griva, to host Arbor Day Festival at Memorial Park on April 29, 2023.

Stormwater
     a.  Motion to approve a request for reduction of financial security submitted by American Home Medical 230 Lowther Street be reduced by $93,005.00, which will leave a new outstanding financial security balance of $66,432.00.  

     b. Motion to approve a request from Gainor Residence – Aquavision for full release of the financial security in the amount of $8,949.60.

     c.  Motion to approve a request for financial security reduction No. 1 for the Shiny Shell Car Wash site work be reduced by $55,311.00 which will leave a new outstanding financial security balance of $11,519.00.

Streets

      a.  Motion to approve a request from Donald Carter for a waiver from the sidewalk replacement material requirement in order to pave over existing sidewalk at 50 Market Street.

Zoning/Ordinance

      a.  Motion to adopt Resolution No. 2023- 02 establishing permit fees for the use of consumer and display fireworks within the Borough of Lemoyne in accordance with the guidelines and regulations stated in Ordinance 778.
