   4. Motion to terminate Brian Strait’s employment at the Wastewater Treatment Plant effective March 31, 2022.

               a.  Motion to approve annual donation to the Frederickson Library in the amount of $2,000.
               b.  Motion to approve a contract with IntelliSite for the following improvements in 2022 in the Borough’s parks system paid for through the ARPA Fund:

   1. Motion to approve Payment Application #2 dated February 25, 2022, in the amount of $115,447.50 payable to Farhat Excavating, LLC for the 2022 Sewer Improvements project.

   1. Consideration of driveway waiver request for 240 Walton Street.
   2. Motion to approve the final payment application for Reamstown Excavating, Inc. dated March 11, 2022 in the amount of $14,551.81 for the Walnut and 4^th Street ADA Improvement Project.
   3. Motion to award the contract for the 2022 Paving Project to EK Services, New Cumberland PA, the low bidder, in the amount of $95,495.30.  The following bids were received:
