             a.  Motion to accept the 2023 audit of all Borough Funds as prepared by Maher Duessel.

     2.    Community Development/Parks & Rec
            a.  Motion to approve a Special Event Permit Application submitted by the Lemoyne Business Association to hold the annual Concert at Negley Park on Saturday, July 6, 2024, pending receipt of a certificate of insurance naming Lemoyne Borough as an additional        insured.
           b.    Motion to adopt Resolution 2024-02 designating the Borough of Lemoyne’s intent to erect cross-street banners at two locations across state roads for the
July 6, 2024, Concert @ Negley.
          c.    Motion to approve annual donation to the Frederickson Library in the amount of $2,000.00.
          d.    Motion to approve the purchase of dog waste stations with signage for Maple, Memorial and Negley Parks.
     3.    Zoning & Ordinance
          a.    Motion to authorize advertisement of the ordinance permitting electric vehicle charging stations for both private and commercial/industrial use as an accessory and regulating the location of public charging stations within the Borough.
