  1. Administration
    1. Motion to accept the 2021 audit of all Borough Funds as prepared by Maher Duessel.
    2. Motion to accept the Employee Compensation and Benefits Study as prepared by RKL, LLP, financed in part through a PA Department of Community & Economic Development Strategic Management Planning Program grant.
    3. Motion to approve 2021 tax credit discount payments for eligible West Shore Bureau of Fire Department volunteer firefighters.
  1. Community Development/Parks & Recreation
    1. Motion to approve a request from Michael Young to use the baseball field at Negley Park for the Cedar Cliff Jr. Colt’s practices and waive the fees in exchange for infield maintenance during the 2022 season.
    2. Motion to approve a request from Joseph Martin to use the baseball field at Memorial Park for the Cedar Cliff Youth Baseball Association practices/games in exchange for maintenance of the infield during the 2022 season.
    3. Motion to approve a special events application submitted by JFT Recovery & Veteran Support Services to conduct its annual Fall Fest on October 1, 2022 (rain date October 2nd) at Memorial Park and to waive associated park rental fees.
    4. Motion to approve a special events application submitted by Table Life Church for use of the Community Room August 4 and September 1 to offer a free meal to members of the community and, further, to waive associated rental fees.

 

  1. Sewer
    1. Motion to approve Payment Application #3 dated March 30, 2022, in the amount of $90,948.17 payable to Farhat Excavating, LLC for the 2022 Sewer Improvements project.
    2. Motion to appoint Kyle Janny to the position of Wastewater Treatment Plant Assistant Supervisor effective Monday, May 9, 2022 at a salary of $60,750 per year.

    1. Motion to award the contract for the Warren Street ADA & Stormwater Improvements Project to Mid-State Paving & Excavating LLC, Middleburg PA, the low bidder, in the amount of $229,824.25.  The following bids were received:

    1. Motion to approve Payment Application #1 dated April 1, 2022, in the amount of $142,287.20 payable to Pro’s Concrete, Shippensburg PA, for the Walton Street Curb & Sidewalk Improvements project (homeowners)
    2. Motion to authorize execution of a municipal road closure data sharing agreement with Tri-County Regional Planning Commission.
