      2. Intersection of North 4th and Summit Streets
    3. Motion to appoint Tim Davis as Maintenance Department Superintendent at an annual salary of $67,200 effective May 22, 2023.
    4. Motion to accept the retirement notice from the Borough Manager effective August 5, 2023.

    1. Motion to approve a Special Event Permit Application submitted by Trinity Lutheran Church to conduct Community Vacation Bible School co-hosted by Trinity Lutheran and Grace United Methodist Churches at Memorial Park on July 9, 16, 23 and 30 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. pending receipt of a certificate of insurance naming Lemoyne Borough as an additional insured.

    1. Motion to approve a five-year contract for the RAVE Mobile Safety Program renewal.
