1. Community Development/Parks & Recreation
   1. Motion to approve a Special Event Permit Application submitted by the Lemoyne Business Association to hold the annual Harrisburg Symphony Orchestra Concert in Negley Park on Saturday, July 2, 2022, pending receipt of a certificate of insurance naming Lemoyne Borough as an additional insured.
   2. Motion to approve a request from the Lemoyne Business Association to allow the sale of wine, craft beer and distilled spirits in a controlled environment during the Harrisburg Symphony Orchestra Concert in Negley Park on Saturday, July 2, 2022, as has been done in the past.
   3. Motion to adopt Resolution 2022-04 designating the Borough of Lemoyne’s intent to erect cross-street banners at two locations across state roads for the July 2, 2022, Concert @ Negley.

1. Sewer
   1. Motion to approve Farhat Excavating, LLC’s Change Order #1 dated April 22, 2022 adjusting actual construction quantities to decrease the cost of the 2022 Sewer Improvements project by $36,176.48 bringing the total contract costs to $311,213.52.
   2. Motion to approve Payment Application #4 dated April 26, 2022, in the amount of $53,967.85 payable to Farhat Excavating, LLC for the 2022 Sewer Improvements project.

1. Stormwater
   1. Motion to approve the stormwater management plan for 1005 Hummel Avenue pending compliance with comments outlined by Rettew in its May 4, 2022, review letter.

1. Streets
   1. Motion to approve an action plan as developed by the Streets Committee to address truck traffic in the Walnut Street vicinity.
   2. Motion to approve Payment Application #2 dated April 28, 2022, in the amount of $23,160.40 payable to Pro’s Concrete, Shippensburg PA, for the Walton Street Curb & Sidewalk Improvements project (homeowners)
   3. Motion to approve Resolution 2022-05 authorizing execution and submittal of a Traffic Signal Maintenance Agreement between the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Lemoyne Borough.
