  1. Motion to approve a transfer in the amount of $30,000 from line item 01.432.245, Road Salt/Anti-Skid Stone, to line item 01.404.310, Borough Solicitor Fees, to cover the Borough’s commitment to the I-83 South Bridge litigation effort.

2.  Stormwater

  1. Motion to approve the stormwater management plan for 1005 Hummel Avenue pending compliance with comments outlined in Rettew in its June 10, 2022, review letter.

3.  Streets

  1. Motion to approve General Items #1 and #2 of the May 20, 2022, Streets Committee Report, as amended.
