NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF LEMOYNE TO HEAR A CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council of the Borough of Lemoyne, Pennsylvania will meet on August 17, 2021, at 6:00 pm in the Council Chambers in the Borough Municipal Building located at 510 Herman Avenue Lemoyne, Pa 17043 to hear the Conditional Use Application filed by Dr. Alese Wooditch for the property located at 75 Cumberland Road, Tax parcel number 12-21-0265-089.  The property is located in the Suburban Residential (SR) zoning district of the Borough of Lemoyne. 

The application is filed pursuant to Section 550-105 of the Code of Ordinances of the Borough.  The applicant is requesting that Council authorize short-term rental as an approved conditional use at the property location. 

Interested residents are encouraged to attend.
