    1. Motion to approve full release of financial security for Shiny Shell Car Wash in the amount of $11,519.00.
    2. Motion to approve Resolution 2023-06 authorizing certain members of Council and staff to conduct specific banking activities, authorizing certain banking activities be conducted after a resolution by Borough Council, and designating the Borough Council President to sign entity authorization or similar forms.
  2. Community Development/Parks and Recreation
  3. Motion to approve a Special Event Permit submitted by Grace United Methodist Church to hold a Lemoyne Block Party at 309 Herman Avenue to S. Fourth Street on September 24, 2023 from 2 PM to 6:30 PM.
  4. Motion to approve Shade Tree Commission Master Plan.
  5. Public Safety –
    1. Motion to approve the purchase of one P25, L3 Harris Radio for the use of the Emergency Management Agency coordinator for the amount of $3,000.00.
  6. Stormwater
    1. Motion to approve 1005 Hummel Avenue - Hannold request for reduction in financial security in the amount of $58,239.72 leaving a balance of $6, 471.08 as recommended by Rettew’s review letter of August 14, 2023.
    2. Motion to approve Contract Change order No. 1 from Flyway Excavating, Inc. in the amount of $29, 610.00 for the UNT to Susquehanna River Improvements – Phase 2 project.
  7. Zoning and Ordinance
  8. Motion to adopt Resolution No. 2023- 07 establishing permit fees for the permitted keeping of residential chickens within the Borough of Lemoyne in accordance with the guidelines and regulations stated in Ordinance 780.
