    1. Motion to ratify termination of John Borreli, probationary sewer worker, effective August 8, 2022.
  1. Community Development/Parks & Recreation
    1. Motion to approve a request from Lisa Kelly to use the field at Memorial Park for Girl’s Rugby from September 12—October 30, 2022 for practice on Mondays, 6:00-7:00 p.m. and games on Sundays from 2:00-4:00 p.m. pending receipt of a certificate of insurance naming Lemoyne Borough as an additional insured.
  1. Stormwater

                a. Motion to authorize purchase of a 2013 front-wheel drive Ford Escape for the MS4 Coordinator’s use in the amount of $9,000 from the Stormwater Fund.
               b. Motion to approve Change Order #1 dated July 12, 2022 submitted by Mid-State Paving, LLC, Middleburg PA, in the amount of $3,675 for the Warren Street ADA and Storm Sewer Improvement Project.
               c.  Motion to approve Payment Application #2 dated July 29, 2022 in the amount of $118,704.22 payable to Mid-State Paving, LLC, Middleburg PA, for the Warren Street ADA and Storm Sewer Improvement Project.

      4. Zoning & Ordinance

a. Motion to adopt Ordinance 772 amending Chapter 460, Stormwater, to ensure compliance with Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) requirements.
b. Motion to adopt Ordinance 773 amending Chapter 525, Vehicles and Traffic, Article II, Traffic Regulations, establishing Fort Street, south bound from Washington Terrace to Mulberry Street and 8th Street, southbound from Pear to Bosler Street as one-way streets, and further amending Article III, Parking Regulations instituting parking restrictions on the north side of Walnut Street between 7th Street and 527 Walnut Street, Monday through Friday, between 7:00—9:00 a.m. and 2:00-4:00 p.m.
c. Motion to adopt Ordinance 774 amending Chapter 550, Zoning, establishing general and specific standards relating to wireless communications facilities.
