1.  Administration

  • Motion to approve payment of Negley’s Well Drilling invoice #4327922 dated December 14, 2021, in the amount of $21,786.27 from the American Rescue Plan Act Fund for the well installation project at the Maintenance Department.
  • Motion to approve the non-uniform employees collective bargaining agreement between the Borough of Lemoyne and AFSCME-District Council 89 for the period January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2024.
  • Motion to approve appointment of Zachary Border, 41 Walton Street, Lemoyne PA as deputy tax collector for the Borough of Lemoyne.
  • Motion to ratify January 11, 2022, letter sent to Mark Nordenberg, chairman of the 2021 PA Legislative Reapportionment Commission in opposition to the proposed redistricting of the 103rd Legislative District.

2.  Community Development/Parks & Recreation

  • Motion to ratify payment in the amount of $13,659 for the Borough’s 2022 contribution to the West Shore Recreation Commission.

3.  Streets

  • Motion to adopt Resolution 2022-01 opposing the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s proposal to toll the Interstate 83 South Bridge.
