    1. Motion to accept the Capital Improvement Plan developed by Rettew and financed in part by a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Community & Economic Development.
    2. Motion to approve a one-year contract, with an option to extend for an additional two years, with the sole bidder, Penn Waste, Inc., York PA, at the rates listed below, all of which include the Borough’s $2.50 administrative fee per unit per quarter:
      1. 2023—$92.50/quarter
      2. 2024--$97.00/quarter
      3. 2025--$101.50/quarter
  1. Stormwater
    1. Motion to approve Payment Application #4 dated September 30, 2022, in the amount of $17,269.13 payable to Mid-State Paving, LLC, Middleburg PA, for the Warren Street ADA and Storm Sewer Improvement Project.
  1. Streets
    1. Motion to (approve/deny) a request from James Dietsche, for waiver from the requirement to replace sidewalk at his property at 200 Clark Street.
