  1. Administration

a.  Motion to authorize advertisement of the Proposed 2023 Budget as the official draft for review and comment.
b.  Motion to adopt Resolution 2022-07 adopting an amended fee schedule in its entirety.
c.  Motion to award the contract for Lemoyne Borough’s banking services to Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc., Harrisburg PA at an interest rate of 2% and no fees for services.
d.  Motion to authorize execution of a letter confirming services to be provided by Maher Duessel for the Borough’s 2022 audit. 
e.  Motion to authorize execution of an agreement with Lower Allen Township for Borough resident access to the Lower Allen Township Yard Waste Recycling Facility, 1400 S. St. Johns Road, Camp Hill, for an annual fee of $2,500.00.
f.  Motion to approve Riverton Woods’ request for reduction in financial security in the amount of $133,398.04 leaving a balance of $372,459.14 as recommended by Rettew’s review letter of October 25, 2022.

  1. Community Development/Parks & Recreation
    1. Motion to accept the 2023 Pool Management Services Proposal for the Lemoyne Municipal Pool submitted by the West shore Recreation Commission in the amount of $75,000.00.
  1. Sewer
    1. Motion to approve a policy establishing priorities and deadlines for connection to sanitary sewer facilities of all improved properties within 150 feet from the property line to the nearest public sewer line. 
  1. Zoning/Ordinance
    1. Motion to approve the preliminary/final land development plan for the Lemoyne Taco Bell subject to satisfaction of the comments in Rettew’s review letter of October 7, 2022.
    2. Motion to authorize advertisement of the following ordinances:
      1. Amending the Lemoyne Borough Code to relative to the Fire Protection Services Appropriation Tax
      2. Adopting the real estate tax rate for 2023
      3. Amending Section 525-14 of the Lemoyne Borough Code to restrict trucks and commercial vehicles, except for local delivery and pick-up, on certain Borough streets
