    1. Motion to adopt Ordinance 775 fixing the Lemoyne Borough tax rate for the year 2023 at 3.23 mils, 2.65 mils of which are dedicated to general purposes, and .58 mils of which are dedicated to fire services.

    1. Motion to approve payment application #1 from EK Services, New Cumberland PA, dated November 30, 2022, in the amount of $79,027.09 for the 2022 Roadway Project.
  1. Zoning & Ordinance
    1. Motion to authorize advertisement of an ordinance regulating the use of consumer and display fireworks within the Borough of Lemoyne and providing the option for permits in certain cases.
    2. Motion to adopt Ordinance 776 amending the Code of Ordinances of the Borough of Lemoyne by establishing a fire protection services appropriations tax.
    3. Motion to adopt Ordinance 777 amending Chapter 525, Vehicles and Traffic, Article II, Traffic Regulations. Section 14, Trucks and Commercial Vehicles not permitted on certain streets except for local delivery or pick-up, of the Code of Ordinances of the Borough of Lemoyne.
