    1. Motion to adopt Resolution 2021-09 fixing the Lemoyne Borough tax rate for the year 2021 at 3.13 mils, 2.65 mils of which are dedicated to general purposes, and .48 mils of which are dedicated to fire services.
    2. Motion to adopt the 2022 Borough Budget for all funds and accounts.
    3. Motion to adopt Resolution 2021-10 adopting an amended fee schedule in its entirety.
    4. Motion to authorize execution of a letter confirming services to be provided by Maher Duessel for the Borough’s 2021 audit.
    5. Motion to approve the 2022 Professional Services Agreement for engineering services with Rettew.
    6. Motion to approve Change Order #2 dated December 3, 2021, in the amount of $21,786.27 for Negley’s Well Drilling for the well installation project at the Maintenance Department bringing the total cost to date to $57,838.97.

    1. Motion to appoint Anthony R. Condran to the position of Wastewater Treatment Plant Worker at $19.00/hour effective January 3, 2022.
    2. Motion to appoint Dakota L. Boyles to the position of Wastewater Treatment Plant Worker at $17.50/hour effective January 10, 2022.
    3. Motion to award the contract for the 2022 Sanitary Sewer Improvements project to Farhat Excavating, LLC, the low bidder, in the amount of $347,390.00.  The following bids were received:

    1. Motion to authorize advertisement of an ordinance amending Chapter 550, Zoning, Article VII, General Regulations, Subsection 550-40, Fences and Walls, of the Lemoyne Borough Code to modify setback and height requirements for fences and walls on shared property lines.
    2. Motion to authorize advertisement of an ordinance amending Chapter 420, Sewers and Sewage Disposal, Article III, On-Lot Sewage Systems, of the Lemoyne Borough Code to require on-lot septic tanks to be pumped and inspected at least once every three years.
