1. Administration
   1. Motion to adopt Ordinance 781 fixing the Lemoyne Borough tax rate for the year 2024 at 3.83 mils, 3.15 mils of which are dedicated to general purposes, and .68 mils of which are dedicated to fire services.
   2. Motion to adopt the 2024 Borough Budget for all funds and accounts.
   3. Motion to approve an application for installation of one additional public fire hydrant at the intersection of 7^th and Indiana Avenue.  
   4. Motion to approve reduction of the financial security in the amount of $306,755.33, leaving a balance of $65,703.81 for Riverton Woods.
   5. Motion to approve a wage increase of 5% for the position of Assistant Borough Treasurer.
   6. Motion to approve a wage increase of 5% for the position of Wastewater Plant Superintendent.
2. Community Development/Parks & Recreation
   1. Motion to accept the quote with Empire Communications, in the amount of $60,838.00, to purchase and install cameras at Memorial, Maple Street and Negley parks.
3. Stormwater

1. Motion to approve Application for Payment No. 4 from Flyway Excavating, Inc. in the amount of $24,346.60 for the UNT to Susquehanna River Improvements – Phase 2 project.

1. Streets
   1. Motion to approve Handicapped Parking Permit Waiver Request- 414 Herman Avenue.
   2. Motion to approve Application for Payment No. 1, Kinsley Construction, Inc. in the amount of $128,502.07 for the 2023 Roadway Project, Contract 1 – Paving.
   3. Motion to authorize award of the 2023 Traffic Signal Improvement project to the lowest bidder C.M. High, Inc. of Myerstown, PA at the low bid amount of $250,800.00. The following bids were received:

i. C.M. High, Inc. of Myerstown, PA.............................................$250,800.00

ii. Herr Signal & Lighting, Grantville PA 17028................................ $291,550.00
