Stay in groups
Costumes should be well fitting
Always be aware of your surroundings
Remember to look both ways when crossing streets
Examine all candy before consumption
Stay on sidewalks when possible
Avoid dark houses..those participating are to have their outdoor lights on
Flashlights, glow sticks reflection tape..anything to help remain visible at all times
