NOTICE OF HEARING: BOROUGH OF LEMOYNE ZONING HEARING BOARD NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

The Zoning Hearing Board will meet to conduct a hearing in hybrid format Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at 4:30 pm at the Lemoyne Borough office, 510 Herman Ave. Lemoyne, PA 17043 regarding a ZHB application submitted for a variance in respect to tax parcel no 12-22-0820-070, 613 Warren Street, owned by Kate Hill. The subject parcel is located in the Suburban Residential Zoning District. The applicant is requesting a variance to Lemoyne Ordinance §550-13 Table 550-3-3 regarding rear setback minimum from the property line. The applicant is seeking relief from the rear minimum setback requirement to place a pole barn closer to the property line. Interested residents are encouraged to attend.
