NOTICE OF HEARING: BOROUGH OF LEMOYNE ZONING HEARING BOARD NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
The Zoning hearing board will meet to conduct a hearing April 26,2023 at 4:30 pm at the Lemoyne Borough office, 510 Herman Ave. Lemoyne, PA 17043 regarding a ZHB application submitted for a variance in respect to tax parcel no 12-21-0265-227 119 S Fifth Street, owned by Jan Paden. The subject parcel is located in the Urban Residential Zoning District. The applicant is requesting a variance to Lemoyne Ordinance §550-12 Table 550-3-2 Permitted Uses. The applicant is seeking a variance to be able to use the first-floor space currently an antique shop as a Craftsman/Artisan studio and Art Gallery. Interested residents are encouraged to attend.
