    1. Motion to authorize execution of the Downtown Program Services Manager Services Agreement with the Redevelopment Authority of the County of Cumberland in the amount of $7,000 for the 2022 calendar year.
    2. Motion to adopt Resolution 2022-02 authorizing disposal of several records in accordance with the Municipal Records Manual approved on December 16, 2008, as amended July 23, 2009.
    3. Motion to adopt Resolution 2022-03 authorizing execution of a joint cost-sharing agreement among municipalities interested in challenging the I-83 South Bridge Project and, further, to approve an initial funding contribution of $30,000 from the Borough of Lemoyne.

    1. Motion to approve Payment Application #1 dated January 30, 2022, in the amount of $50,850.00 payable to Farhat Excavating, LLC for the 2022 Sewer Improvements project.

    1. Motion to approve a request submitted by Berks Homes through Rettew to reduce the financial security for its development on Indiana Avenue as follows:
      1. Lot 2  —reduced to $744.40
      2. Lot 2E—reduced to $711.40
      3. Lot 2F—reduced to $880.00
