- Motion to adopt Resolution 2023-03 authorizing disposal of several records in accordance with the Municipal Records Manual approved on December 16, 2008, as amended July 23, 2009.
- Motion to execute the agreement with Intermix IT as our continued IT services provider for a 3-year term, at a monthly rate of $2,948.50.
- Community Development/Parks & Rec
Motion to execute the resolution page of a Community Conservation Partnerships Program (C2P2) grant application through the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources for Memorial Park Improvements.
Motion to approve a Special Event Permit submitted by the West Shore Regional Police department to hold National Night Out at Memorial Park on August 1, 2023, pending receipt of a certificate of insurance naming Lemoyne Borough as an additional insured and, further, to waive the park pavilion rental fee for this event.
Motion to approve a Special Event Permit submitted by Lauren Parody on behalf of the Special Olympics, for use of the tennis courts at Negley Park on Tuesday and Thursday evenings (March 28, 2023- June 1, 2023) from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., and further to waive the key fee of $25.00.

- Motion to deny a request for release of financial security submitted by 1005 Hummel Avenue- Hannold Storage be reduced by $0.00, which will leave an outstanding financial security balance of $64,710.80.
- Motion to authorize the advertisement of the Pollutant Reduction Plan amendment for public comment.
- Streets
- Motion to rescind the original motion to approve a request from Donald Carter re: 50 Market Street, for a waiver from sidewalk replacement, per terms/conditions required by the Lemoyne Borough proposal dated February 6, 2023, as Mr. Carter has withdrawn his request.
- Motion to award the contract for the 2023 Roadway Project- Contract #1 for paving to Kinsley Construction, York PA, the low bidder, in the amount of $150,351.00. The following bids were received:
