  1.  Administration
    a.  Motion to approve changing telephone providers to Verizon One Talk at a one-time set-up fee of $1,104.95 paid for from the ARPA Fund, with monthly fees of $244.95 absorbed by general operating costs.

  2. Community Development/Parks & Recreation
    a.  Motion to approve a request from Grace United Methodist Church, 309 Herman Avenue, to block off three parking spaces on the south side of Herman Avenue at the intersection of Herman and 3rd Street on Friday, November 12th and Saturday, November 13th for its “Potato Drop” event    .

  3. Zoning & Ordinance
    a.  Motion to adopt Ordinance 768 creating two special funds, one to track fire services revenues and expenditures, and the other to track parks and recreation development revenues and expenditures.
